Large Hadron Collider

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-11711228

Ok so I really don't know what this has to do with curating, but I love the Large Hadron Collider in a way that only a woman with no real understanding of particle physics can. There was a mini big bang and we didn't all die- horray for hadron!

Here's some amazing images that I found whilst googling 'particle physics'

also Pulp reformed today, which is good news.

  1. dear camilla,

i've just found your blog and i'm loving it!
i'm a curator/ma student from Bucharest, Romania. actually i'm working on an exhibition that focuses on the LHC and the Higgs boson :) there are a lot of concepts from physics that have much inside on the possibility of figurative 'takes' into art. i'm getting really fascinated by these amazing, funny and weird particles.
i would like to ask you about the curatorial programme in Falmouth because i'm thinking about applying next year. what are your thoughts on the curatorial MA offered by Chelsea in London?

    best wishes,
    Madalina Timofte
