Curating for the Future Conference

The fourth Renaissance North West Curating for the Future Conference will take place at the People's History Museum, Manchester on Thursday 11 November 2010.
The event will bring delegates together from across the North West to focus on three key themes within museum practice (partnerships, commissioning and realizing the potential of collections) and will:
  • Celebrate the strength of the North West cultural heritage sector and the achievements of museums in the region over the last few years
  • Look to the future and ways that museums should exploit and capitalise on these strengths to meet the challenges ahead
  • Explore how museums can be flexible and creative in adapting to changing times to position themselves to take advantage of future opportunities
Full details of the programme will be available from early September.
The Curating for the Future conference is always extremely popular so early booking is recommended
To reserve your free place at the Conference please email Julian Andrejczuk, Workforce and Skills development Officer, Renaissance North West.
